About Creative Swirl

History

Creative Swirl was founded in early 2005 by Sherri Fleming as a small design consultancy. This site is a collection of creative work and shared thinking representing the collaborative problem solving, simple solutions, and cost-effective results Creative Swirl produces and delivers for clients and readers around the world.

Philosophy

We design web sites that focus on usability. This means web sites that are simple to use, easy to navigate, and that help the user to find information and products quickly. We work hard to create design that is elegant, timeless and compelling. Yet, we never allow our desire for great art to overwhelm the need for good function. Creative Swirl not only designs web sites, but helps businesses by designing web sites intelligently.

Creative Swirl's founder, Sherri Fleming, is an experienced senior web designer working on a range of business and non-profit web sites. Notable projects are Tivoli.com, Triand.com, GENaustin.org, and MAIN.org. She loves to solve problems and excells at finding the most creative cost-effective solutions. Services are offered on a consultation, and/or implementation, and/or in-house employee basis.
